Dominion Energy Residential New Construction Program
The Residential New Construction Program offers incentives to builders and raters on homes that earn the ENERGY STAR Version 3.0 certificate after January 1st, 2021 with 100% LED lighting.
Starting January 1, 2025, the Residential New Construction Program will now pay higher incentives for homes certified on or after January 1, 2025 with a pre-drywall date of on or after November 1, 2024.
